Check-in details
All guests must check in at the Eastport Windjammers ticket office no later than fifteen (15) minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Guests who fail to check in by this time may forfeit their reservation, and Eastport Windjammers reserves the right to resell the ticket. No refund or credit will be issued for failure to check in on time.

Guests may cancel their reservation up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
