- Anything you would like to eat or drink on the boat, as we do not serve anything (Adults 21+ may bring alcoholic beverages)
- Warm clothes! Even on hot days, the wind off the water can drop the air temperature 20+ degrees
- Cameras

- Please check in at our ticket office at least 30 minutes before the departure times. Our ticket office is located right across from the breakwater!
- Address: 104 Water Street Eastport, Maine 04631. The boat will start to board about 15 minutes before departure time

Yes! Bathrooms are called heads on the boat, and all of our vessels have heads for customers.

We ask no pets onboard. Service dogs are welcome!

We are very fortunate that our trip is contained amongst the Islands of Bay of Fundy, where it is protected and you always see land! We have never had anyone get sea sick!

Whales are wild animals, and their behaviors and patterns can change at any moment and be unpredictable. We are lucky to have them in our area in the summer months and we have a very high sighting rate (only missing them a few trips throughout the entire season). However since they are wild animals and have a mind of their own, we cannot guarantee sightings. Whales are our passion that we love to share with all of you! We can guarantee that our captains and crew work hard to spot wildlife and provide you with the best trip possible!

We highly encourage reservations because our trips tend to fill up quickly during our busy season! However we do take same day reservations and walk-ins if there is still seat availability on the boats!

The captain reserves the right to cancel trips due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. In the event that we have to cancel, we will offer you a chance to reschedule to another date or provide a full refund (excluding FareHarbor processing fees). We do encourage you to call our office to check in if the weather looks iffy or if you are travelling long distances!
